Jaylee Cooper
Manager - Philanthropy and Engagement
Jaylee is deeply committed to the not-for-profit sector and driven by a strong desire to create meaningful change within the community, particularly for women experiencing homelessness and domestic and family violence.
As the inaugural Manager of Fundraising at Catherine House, Jaylee has led the development and delivery of the organisation’s Philanthropy, Marketing and Communications strategy for the past nine years, playing a key role in strengthening its impact and sustainability.
Jaylee is a strong advocate for strategic, values-led leadership that prioritises positive government and stakeholder relationships, staff and volunteer engagement, sound financial and risk management, best-practice fundraising, sustainability, and organisational growth.
Prior to joining Catherine House, Jaylee held senior leadership roles across both small and large not-for-profit organisations in South Australia and founded and directed a Grief and Loss charity in 2005.
Jaylee is deeply aligned with the vision of Catherine House and feels privileged to contribute to improving the lives of women experiencing homelessness.
She is a Fellow of the Governors Leadership Foundation (2021).
