Catherine House partners with The Sisterhood Foundation

Catherine House is proud to announce a new partnership with The Sisterhood Foundation (formerly the Priceline Sisterhood Foundation). We’re delighted to be the first South Australian charity partner to join the Foundation, marking an exciting new chapter for our organisation.

This partnership reflects a shared commitment between our two organisations to empowering women, creating pathways to stability, and building brighter futures for women across South Australia.

Introducing Gateway Support Services

At the heart of this new partnership is a three-year commitment to fund Catherine House’s Gateway Support Services project, an initiative that will transform the way we support women when they first reach out to us for help.

Earlier this year, Jaylee and Cristy from Catherine House sat down with Katie from The Sisterhood Foundation to discuss the project in detail. The conversation underscored what’s possible when two organisations come together around a shared vision and a genuine, long-term commitment to change.

The Gateway Support Services project will help ensure that women who contact Catherine House receive the right support from the very first point of contact, laying the foundation for the journey toward stability and independence that follows.

HER July: Supporting Women Across Australia

The partnership came to life for shoppers across the country during HER July, a month-long fundraising campaign run through Priceline stores nationwide. As a major charity partner of The Sisterhood Foundation, Catherine House was one of several charities supporting women and girls to benefit from the campaign.

Throughout July, Priceline customers were able to support Catherine House and other participating charities by donating in-store or online, and by taking part in fundraising activities such as lucky dips.

Jaylee visited her local Priceline store during the campaign to meet the team, purchase a lucky dip, and make a personal donation, seeing first-hand how everyday shopping trips were being turned into meaningful support for women in need.

Looking Ahead

This is just the beginning of what Catherine House and The Sisterhood Foundation hope to achieve together. As the Gateway Support Services project develops over the coming three years, we look forward to sharing more about the impact this partnership will have on the women who turn to Catherine House for support.
