Clinical Lead Mental Health Programs


Catherine House Inc. is a quality accredited, not-for-profit organisation that works with women impacted by homelessness. Catherine House is proactive in seeking innovative housing and support solutions and preventative strategies to end women’s homelessness. Our goal is not just to house women, but to offer life-changing opportunities that will enable them to move forward and live a life that is purposeful and meaningful to them. Catherine House is a non-registered NDIS service provider with an area of specialty in psychosocial disability and providing transformative, recovery focused interventions. Service and supports are delivered to clients living in our accommodation programs and in different community settings. Social & Community Services (SACS) Employee
Level 6 Pay Point 1-3 (dependent upon qualifications and experience)


Successful applicants will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in mental health and/or psycho-social disability, social or health science or related discipline
• Experience in mental health services provision and/or disability service provision
• Experience with NDIS service delivery
• Demonstrated capacity to lead program development and change and promote a trauma informed, values-based, client-centric culture
• Demonstrated experience in the effective management of staff to deliver human services
