Case Worker- Post Crisis Program

             

Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award

Crisis Accommodation Employee Level 2 P11 ($32.12/hr)

Generous Salary Packaging available

 

This a Part-time (3 days per week) role

(Tuesday and Friday with the Wednesday or Thursday negotiable) 9.30-5.30pm

Successful applicants will be required to have:

 

Experience supporting clients manage mental health, drug and alcohol issues, domestic/family violence and tenancy and housing issues

Experience in all aspects of case work; crisis management, de-escalation of incidents and management of client behavioural and support issues.

Experience working with women from diverse backgrounds, cultures, religions and sexuality; women with trauma backgrounds as a result of childhood or adult experiences of neglect or abuse

Excellent communication skills

Experienced in providing an outreach case work service

Current Disability Services Employment Screening or ability to achieve one

Senior Case Worker

Emergency Accommodation Program

Crisis Accommodation Employee Level 3 PP1 ($36.37/hr)

Generous Salary Packaging available

 

This a full-time role Monday to Friday with variable shift times across the week  (8-4pm/9.30-5.30pm/11-7pm)

Successful applicants will be required to have:

 

  • Proven high level competence experience/in working with women who have a range of complex support needs, including mental health and substance misuse issues
  • Excellent communication, team building and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in providing supervision and support to staff
  • Energy and enthusiasm, and a high level of self-awareness and insight

Community Service Worker

 

A minimum of 2 shifts per week across a 24/7 roster;

Weekday, weekend, evening, some with a Passive Sleepover shift

            

Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award

Social Community Services Employee Level 2 PP1-PP2

(depending upon qualifications and experience)

 

$25.42 – $26.21 per hour – plus appropriate loadings

For passive sleepover shift (11.00pm – 8.00am) a nightly allowance of $47.04 is paid
