We invite applications for the following vacancies:

 

Housekeeper/Cleaner

Part time- 20 hours per week

Tuesday to Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm (hours are negotiable)

 

Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award

Social Community Services Employee Level 2 Pay Point 1 . Loadings apply for Public Holiday work.

The successful applicant will be required to have:

 

  • Strong housekeeping skills
  • Food handling and cooking skills
  • Committed to and experienced in delivering quality housekeeping/cleaning standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Standards
  • Flexibility and reliability, time management and organisational skills
  • Holds a current (not older than 3 months at time of commencement) or is able to hold current DHS Disability Services Employment Screening Certificate
  • Sensitivity to working with people who have a range of high and complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse issues
  • Drivers Licence

Community Service Worker

A minimum of 2 shifts per week across a 24/7 roster; Weekday, weekend, evening, some with a Passive Sleepover shift

More than one role is available.

              

Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award

Social Community Services Employee Level 2 PP1-PP4

(depending upon qualifications and experience)

$25.42 – $27.73 per hour – plus appropriate loadings

For passive sleepover shift (11.00pm – 8.00am) a nightly allowance of $47.04 is paid

  • Proven experience in working with people who have a range of high and complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse issues

  • Knowledge of the NDIS
  • Enthusiastic, a team player, with good self-awareness and insight
  • Successful current Disability Services Employment Screening or ability to achieve one
